Description
In the 1900s Oliver H. P. "OHP" Smith and Alice Morrison Smith brought their family to live in Derby on 240 acres of land, which was eventually sold in the 1950s to build houses. St. Mary Catholic Church and School sat on 10 acres of the land from 1953 to 2013 and now the area is the Madison Avenue Central Park.
