Marie Ellen Foltz was born in Derby, KS on Sept. 22, 1917 to parents Lydia (Weston) and William Benjamin "Bill" Foltz. She was one of Thomas and Mary Elizabeth Weston's grandchildren. Marie married William Culbertson, Jr. and the photo is dated 1941.
